Personal Training
Most gyms offer "personal" training. However, that does not mean
they are willing to take the time and put in the effort to design a
truly personal program. This "one size fits all" approach to
training is not only less effective it is also unsafe. The fact is
you would not train a 25 year old the same as a 65 year old, it
seems like common sense. At Synergist Fitness we believe in
designing programs that are the most effective for you, not for us.
We want you to get the most out of the time you spend at the gym and
hope to see you often.

What you get
- A complete physical assessment - this ensures we are
training the areas you have trouble in and that any muscle
imbalances are addressed.
- A printed copy of all exercises - we feel that just
telling you what to do is not enough. We give you a copy of
your program, including pictures of every exercise.
- An exercise log - we want to know what your doing and how
often you are doing it. This lets us adjust your
program when neccesary.
- Qualified trainers - Our trainers have degrees in
exercise, we feel that a certification is not enough
and only hire highly qualified staff.
