Tai Chi
Tai Chi is one of our most popular and unique classes. Tai Chi is
a form of "Soft" martial arts, meaning that you are not actually
punching anything. The art of Tai Chi dates back to the 1820's and
has become increasingly more popular in the United States. Some find
that the slow moving exercises are a great way to relax and release
stress.
